Welcome! It was a trying year for everyone, whether you had more ups or downs in 2021. Perhaps it brought new behaviors out of your children or yourself. Maybe it reminded you of past traumas. Many of us have “big T” traumas like abuse or near-death experiences. We all have some “little t” traumas, like feeling repeatedly rejected by others. Part of us gets stuck back when the no-good-dirty-rotten-thing happened, but you don’t have to stay there. You can be free of the grip of both big T and little t traumas. These no longer have to affect you, your child, the way you parent, or a myriad of other things like weight management. :-)
Dr. Krotzer is an experienced CEO and Licensed Mental Health Provider in the behavioral health care industry. She is a highly educated professional, having attended both Harvard University and the University of Texas. She is a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Dialectical Behavior Therapist, EMDR Clinician, and Gottman Level 1, 2 & 3 Practitioner.
Dr. Krotzer is bilingual in German and English and can provide services in both languages. She enjoys working with ages 11 and up, adults, families, and couples.
