Bright Awakenings Counseling provides effective outpatient, individualized mental health services specializing in helping adolescents and adults coping with PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. We also assist family members impacted by a loved one's addiction all in a neutral and safe space. Bright Awakenings Counseling provides therapy services for those who want to overcome past hurts brighten their future. Through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma focused approaches, these past hurts can be resolved to create a healing lasting change. In addition to therapy services, Julia Reed, LCSW provides EMDR Consultation for clinicians who are basic trained in EMDR.
